Returns and Exchanges will be accepted for any reason as long as the item is in new condition, with the exception of custom or personalized items. In the event that you need to send us a return, please enclose a copy of your receipt with the return form provided in your package. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges are shipped back to you free of charge. If you are returning a gift, please give us the name and address of the gift giver. Returns with a receipt made within 3 weeks from the date of purchase will receive credit in the form of original payment. Returns with receipt made after 3 weeks from the date of purchase will receive store credit only.
Back Order Policy
We may occasionally be temporarily out of stock on an item. You will be advised by phone and/or e-mail if your order will be delayed. You can also check the status of your order by visiting your Beval Account online. We try our best to update order and payment status as quickly as possible. Back-orders are not charged until the item ships unless the item is on sale. Items that are on sale, but not in stock will be charged in full when the order is placed to guarantee you the sale price. Once the item is received, it will be shipped to you immediately, but you will not incur any additional shipping charges unless you request one of our priority shipping methods.

If we do not stock the item, we may be able to special order it for you.
